We are Custom builders, not Project Builders!
We must make it clear right from the start that we are not project builders. Project builders are usually the cheaper option because each year they build a large number of houses to standard designs. These range from basic, low-cost houses, right through to expensive up-market homes. Project builders will quote a price to build on your land, or may offer a house and land package on a choice of blocks that they own. Most project builders will allow variations to their standard design, however this may cost you more.
In most cases, project builders have display homes you can visit. To check the quality of their actual work though, ask the builder if you can visit any of their recently finished houses. Don’t get me wrong, we are not bagging these types of builders. There is a definite market need for what they do, and they provide a valuable service to this market. However, this is not where our strength lies, as we are experts at working with one-off designs, and liaising with you or your architect to bring your dream home to life.
